Who are you?
My name is Martina risso I am 20 years old and am currently living in Barcelona. I grew up in a small coastal town and very young I had a great interest in fashion and photography. I am currently developing many personal projects which are very creative and different and I think I will be able to reveal more information brief.
What are you inspired by?
My inspiration is obviously great photographers for me as Juergen Teller, Steven Meisel, Charlie Engman. I'm inspired by magazines, people, landscapes, cities, a picture, I am a very observant person so everything can be a great inspiration for me. I have a capacity to absorb a lot of pictures during the day and all I see it together and turn it into a totally different thing, and from my point of view. If Maybe I have a shooting in 5 days during the days before the shooting I will be changing all the initial ideas that I have because I look much at all. 24 hours a day and that will made me change surely my ideas.

What was the last movie you watched?
The last movie I saw was The Hateful Eight by Tarantino , one of my favorite directors, many times over the shooting I get his playlist movies because it is also a great source of inspiration to me. I think he has a great personality and it shows in each of his great films, I feel very connected with the irony that he used in his films. That's what I would like people to understand in my photos.
What was the last book you read?
The last book I read was the memoirs of Andre de Dienes explaining his history with Marilyn and explains how she was and how he moved with such naturalness in front of the camera. The memories tell their love story from the point of view of someone who Marilyn knew very intimately ie when Marilyn was Norma. Recounts the adventures they lived together love, heartbreak, accompanied by his portfolio. What I like is how the text perfectly describes the photograph of Andre. Just looking at the picture you can guess what you're going to read, or just reading a piece you can imagine the picture.
Do you have any role model?
I do not have a role model in this life but if I have skills or goals in life to which I would like to get. But for me one of my role models in my life would be my mother. And artistically speaking my role model would be the painter Bruno Sfeir because we have had a serius talks and he gives me great advices.
What is your next creative project?
I have several creative projects in mind. One is a personal series of photographs which showed the beauty from another point of view, I like to have a precious person in front and make out your ugliest face, that I find really fun.Another project that I have in hand is to open an online magazine but this can not advance any more.
What do you like about Portfoliobox?
