There are two ways to set up a start page.

Click on Your Content.
Click on Start Page.
Choose the page that you want to use as a start page from the drop down list.

Go to Your Content.
Then go to Pages andselect one of the existing pages that you want to use as a start page.
Click on the switch next to Start Page to make this current page the start page. The color of the switch changes to blue when it's enabled.
You can see which page is your start page in the page list. Alternatively, you can click on your site logo and see which page it takes you to. The page you see after clicking on your logo is your start page.
