Update your billing information

Update your credit card detail

Keeping your billing credit card detail up-to-date ensures your account stays active. 

  • If you update your credit card before your next renewal date, we’ll use the updated card for the next payment. 
  • If your credit card expires, update your information before your next billing date to avoid a service interruption. 
  • It's not possible to remove your credit card, as we need it to maintain active subscriptions. You can replace your current card with another or contact us if you wish to cancel your subscription

From your admin panel, click on the Cogwheel Icon in the top right corner.

  1. Choose Billing and the Account tab.
  2. Under Payment Method, add or edit your credit card.

Update your billing information


Billing date

All Portfoliobox subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the credit card information on file. The billing date cannot be updated


Billing address

Your billing address displays on your receipts. You can update it from your admin panel:

  1. Click on the Cogwheel Icon in the top right corner of your admin panel.
  2. Choose Billing and the Account tab.
  3. Under Address, add or update your billing address.

NB! Currently updating Billing information is not available in the mobile version, please use desktop to access the billing section of your admin panel.
