Each type contains different categories. E.g. gallery templates are divided in four categories:
Thumbnails
Horizontals
Verticals
Slideshows
Each categories contains several templates to choose from.

Choose a page template
When you create a page, you can choose a template during the page set up process. However, you can always pick another template afterwards.
Click on Your Content.
Select Pages.
Click on the page you wish to edit.
Click on Template and scroll through the template selection to choose the one that fits your website best. Note that you can go through the different categories in the dropdown list at the top of the template panel.
NB! You can only change the template for a given page to another template of the same type. E.g. You can change the template of a gallery to another gallery template, but not to a text page template.
