For users to be able to order a product, you need to specify the countries that are available for shipping under the Cogwheel Icon > Settings >E-Commerce tab in the admin panel of your site. To add a country to the shipping list, select a country from the drop down list, add the cost and then click on Add.
For US region, you can specify if you wish to ship for all states or for specific states only.
If you would like to remove a country from your available shipping destinations, go to the same area under E-Commerce, find the country then click on the Bin Icon on the right and finally confirm the deletion.
