Tell us a bit about yourself
I`m a 24 years old self-taught photographer who want to tell stories and point out the inner struggles that we all fight through my photos.
Tell us about one of your favorite projects and what inspired you to do it
Definitely my favorite series that I've created is "Exhale" (main photograph of the series is on my home page). It describes my vision of the stages of phobies. From the initial unawareness through fight and escape to final release and rest. I`m really proud of it because it was one of the most conscious project i made so far, and for me it`s perfectly visualizes inner feelings during social phobia and neurosis.
What are you working on at the moment?
The warmer it gets, the more creative i become. So at the moment i have a lot of ideas :) I really like to express myself through photos, so i planned another series of some my struggles. And some loose projects, so as not to be too serious ;)
Who are your biggest influencers in the industry?
I don`t have one, it is a lot of great artists.
What was the last thing that inspired you?>
Nature I think, then I realized a short film juxtaposing emotion with the elements of nature and their unity. But it made me even more aware that I prefer photography :)
Tell us why it's important for you to have a photography portfolio website
In addition to my personal projects, I also create "commercials" sometimes very different from what I do for myself. I think the website is the perfect place to show both sides and make yourself known to the customer.
As an Artist what are your tips in building an photography portfolio website?
The golden mean is key i think. Try to put as less as you can, and your best of the best projects for sure. Also matching layout to the projects will do a good job.
How do you promote yourself?
Mostly by social media, and increasingly word-of-mouth.
Why do you use Portfoliobox?
Because it's a great tool to get the aesthetics I want in a nice way.
