Who are you?
During my thirty years living in Italy my artwork has definitely been shaped by observing the world around me from the perspective of “outsider”. I have realized that sometimes even an absence or something missing forces us to see things more clearly. I consider myself an artist who “uses” photography to explore the complex relationship between seeing and truth.

What is your next creative project?
Artists have always gathered and surrounded themselves with objects that inspire them, even though those objects may not appear as such in the artist’s visual work. I am currently in the conceptual stage for a series that revolves around the connection between my visual work and my collection of mid-century Italian ceramics.
What do you like about Portfoliobox?
Portfoliobox is for image-makers. It’s design is simple and elegant and the final website is fast, functional and professional. Portfoliobox gives me complete control over how I present myself and it has supplied me with all the tools to be my own best curator.
