In January 2012, I joined a great photo studio as assistant and editor. This career move allowed me to confront myself to the commercial world. It trained and developed my personal artistic vision and aesthetic, as well as being an amazing learning experience, pushing me to develop my still life work.
Confirming my aesthetics and interest for objects, I continue to be inspired by commercial photographic work, in which I always recognize the true artistic expression.
My work is inspired by daily life and tends to be very close to the object. Making images the less "Photoshoped" as possible is a way for me to work the object before pushing the button. I am a photographer in the Latin sense of the word as I’m very careful with the light and I draw with it.
What is your next creative project?
Always amazed by textures and objects, I want to explore more about still life and jewelry but I’m also very interested in food photography.
