Tell us about one of your favourite projects and what inspired you to do it
A client from insurance field wished to bring more content to their corporate annual publication. We created a cookbook packed with recipes from their employees. Wonderfull concept and beautiful book.
What are you working on at the moment?
A cookbook with my favourite chef, easy an fresh recipes for entertaining.

There are so many: Paden and Munk, Nicole Herriot, Andrea Gentl, Ditte Isager, Per Jorgensen, ...
What was the last thing that inspired you?
Mediteranean islands and their simple cuisine.
