Add personnel to an Appointment Service

You can add personnel to the booking system, set their schedules and rates, and connect them to services. They will appear in the booking process.

Adding personnel

Adding staff is done simultaneously with creating or editing an Appointment service. When creating a new service, you can connect existing personnel to it and add new ones. 

  1. Click Create.
  2. Choose Add Appointment Service under Sell Services.
  3. Click Add New Service or select an existing service.
  4. Click Add personnel.

Setting Staff information and availability

From there, you can provide the staff information and their schedule.

  • Fill in their name.
  • In the field Subtitle, you can, for example, add their speciality or any other relevant information.
  • Upload a photo.
  • Fill in their schedule.
  • Set an individual rate.

By default, the staff you add to a service is automatically connected to that service. You can easily disconnect or connect staff to services.
