The refund process usually takes about 7 working days, and the money is returned to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing time can be extended. The refund will be in full, however your bank may charge a handling fee and the amount may differ slightly due to the exchange rate.
Please keep in mind that we can only process the refund if the account has already been deleted. We cannot issue a refund if you have cancelled your subscription because you will be able to use it until the current subscription expires.
