Receipts & VAT

Finding your receipts

You can see your active subscription, billing history, and receipts in the Subscription tab.

To find your receipts:

  1. Go to Settings in your Portfoliobox admin panel.
  2. Under Account, Click on Subscriptions.
  3. In the new window, scroll down and find Your Transactions.
  4. You can view and download the invoice and print the receipt.

Adding your VAT number before upgrading

If you own a business and your company is registered in one of the European Union countries, you have a valid VAT number, which you can add to your receipts when you pay.

You can add your VAT number in the VAT field when paying.

  1. Fill in your name.
  2. Choose your country from the list. If you choose a European country, the VAT field will display.
  3. Fill in your VAT number.

NB!
To make sure that your VAT number is valid, visit VIES VAT number validation. A VAT number has the following structure: Country prefix + characters (varies from country to country. E.g. Sweden: SE+12 digits → SE999999999999).
