Who are you?

I am an architecture student, currently living and studying in London. On the side, I'm involved in the work of theatre production and stage design.

What is your next creative project?

I am currently designing my final year building project: a memorial chapel, crematorium and columbarium for deceased pets, where bone ashes are used to craft unique pieces of bone china.

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

It is affordable, friendly to use, and has a professional aesthetic.

Who are you?

I am an artist, a creative, a mom - living, working and insprired in NY's Hudson Valley. I'm inspired by interesting roadside or yard sale finds, the story in anything old, primitive and outsider art, wood and being quiet observing nature.

What is your next creative project?

Delving into my sketchbook to flesh out some new conceptual work using vintage paper dolls, looking ahead to incorporate them into context for painting.

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

I love Portfoliobox for its ease of use and how beautifully it showcases my work.

Who are you?

I am a freelance makeup artist from Los Angeles, I mainly work in celebrity, fashion, and commercial. I get to paint faces for a living. From celebrities, to models, to everyday people needing to look good in front of the camera. I've been a makeup artist for 12 years now and really love beauty work and meeting and working with amazing new photographers.

What is your next creative project?

I am always looking for new creative projects to work on, love meeting photographers to shoot for my portfolio, and working with new celebrity clients that I can glam for the red carpet.

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

I love the simplicity of Portfoliobox. Easy to work with if you don't have design experience, and great layouts that can make your site look professional and appealing. I left my old website provider for Portfoliobox because they had better design layouts.

Who are you?

Professionally I'm graphic/web/UI/UX designer. I specialize in branding, wayfinding and e-commerce design, but privately I also realize my ideas and visual research by the medium of photography and programming. Recently I am amused by the material of code so I started my adventure with Arduino and Processing to design interactions and to try other means of expression. I am all the time trying new paths in order not to get bored.

I recently heard that my work is "honest". I don't know exactly how to understand this, but in fact I like this statement. I like to think that it is also balanced. Subconsciously I am always looking for the harmony in ideas, forms and colours. And the forms are usually very simple, very basic. Sometimes I am trying to fight with my nature and to create something totally crazy but it's really hard ;)

What is your next creative project?

Now I am programming and designing my first robot (fingers crossed) and working on several interfaces. Soon I will start my artistical project. It will be an interactive installation but the details are secret ;)

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

Friendly interface and excellent customer service are your big advantages. I also love the timeless purity of templates, and that you care about us - clients!

Who are you?

I studied fine art painting in Blackpool & Fylde college before undertaking a degree in Fine Art Painting at Bath School of Art. Which is currently where I'm living. Recently I've specialised in the streets here and manipulating photography and palette knife painting impressions. Explaining my work can be quite the task, I don't specifically enjoy doing one thing more than the other. My dad wanted to be a cartoonist so from a young age I've been constantly drawing cartoons to make people laugh, which is where my kids books come into play. There's always been as some what a competition in social media recently to show off your pencil skills which is where I make most of my money. My palette knife impasto style impressions have been entered for the national portrait gallery next year so I'm still waiting to find out if I get in.

What is your next creative project?

My next project is I'm having my palette knives built even smaller and I'll be working on a bigger scale to produce even more complex impressions. I'm also simultaneously working on some portraits for commissions and my own kids book.

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

I chose Portfoliobox because it's incredibly simple to use. I've found in the past building your own website to be quite complex and paid to have people build them for me. Now I don't have too! I can upload freely straight to my gallery.

Who are you?

Friends call me Andra and family Maria. I am from Bucharest, Romania, graduated Journalism, worked as PR assistant for a broadcast radio, then Editor, Fashion Assistant and Fashion Editor for a glossy magazine. After seven years of a full time job, started freelancing as fashion stylist and creative. Everything that surrounds me, inspires me, travelling and discovering new places is something I love doing and, regarding my job, I never miss a good chance to work among artists with a resourceful story for the audience.

As Fashion Stylist for photo shootings or music videos I never stop on the idea of just “dressing nice” my clients. Being part of a whole visual story to tell, sometimes with a smart powerful message behind, I think about all the connotations a chosen garment could have in order to complete the picture and sometimes generate a statement by itself. Regarding personal creative and/or fashion styling projects, I constantly observe how our world is moving and evolving, how ethics and trends are fast-forward changing and I like to trigger my imagination and mental agility in order to shape and give my own artistic reaction.

My work is a part of myself, never done superficial, always improving, aware of the constant progress that needs to be made and mirrored in every domain, especially the one I’m working in.

What is your next creative project?

Next is a music video, I am involved in the project as creative fashion stylist. Already made the storyboard and discussed about the customized outfits and now I’m working with a team to create them.

What do you like about Portfoliobox?

Portfoliobox is very accessible, with a lot of creative options to build an original website and very simple to use it. And, when I have questions, I just love how fast customer support is there to help me.
